Scope of Care Services
At Metier Grise Care Services, Goa, we believe in complete transparency with our clients. Before starting services, every client is required to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI). This document clearly outlines what our nurses and caretakers are expected to do, and just as importantly, what they are not required to do.
The LOI ensures that expectations are aligned, services are delivered professionally, and both the client and our staff feel safe, secure, and respected.
What’s Included in Our Care Services
Our trained nurses and caretakers provide essential medical and personal care support for your loved ones, including as agreed upon on case to case basis:
Personal hygiene assistance – bathing, grooming, diaper changes, catheter care.
Medication management – oral medicines, injections, IV/IM administration (as prescribed).
Vital monitoring – blood pressure, pulse, sugar levels, temperature checks.
Feeding support – oral feeding, Ryle’s tube feeding, PEG feeding.
Mobility support – walking assistance, basic physiotherapy exercises under guidance.
Post-hospitalisation recovery care – specialised support for Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
Overnight or continuous patient monitoring, as required.
What’s Not Included in Care Services
For clarity, our staff are not required to perform household or domestic chores outside the scope of medical and personal care. This includes:
Cooking meals for the patient or family.
Washing or ironing clothes.
Sweeping, mopping, or general household cleaning.
Toilet cleaning or other housekeeping duties.
Running personal errands unrelated to patient care.
Our staff are strictly deputed for healthcare and eldercare support only. Any requests outside this scope fall beyond the agreement and may lead to discontinuation of services.
Documentation & Verification
To ensure your confidence and safety, we provide:
Police verification – Certificates issued by the concerned police station.
Aadhar card copy – For identity verification.
LOI terms & conditions – Outlining scope, exclusions, and responsibilities.
Please note: For privacy reasons, staff resumes and personal employment records are not shared with clients.
Payment & Refunds
Services are billed monthly in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed on a pro-rata basis for unused service days.
All payment terms are clearly documented in the LOI.
