These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, website, and all interactions with our team and staff. By engaging our services or accessing www.care.metiergrise.in, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services
  • Our services include patient care at home, nursing and caretaker support, doctor & physiotherapy visits, diagnostic support, nutrition counselling, emergency support, medical equipment, and supplies.

  • The scope of services is clearly defined in the Letter of Intent (LOI) signed before commencement of service.

  • Care staff are deputed strictly for healthcare and patient care services only. Domestic chores such as cooking, laundry, sweeping, or toilet cleaning are not included.

2. Staff Documentation
  • Police verification and Aadhar card copy are provided for identity verification.

  • Staff resumes, qualifications, and employment records are not shared with clients as per company policy.

  • Staff are trained and monitored by our internal team to ensure quality of care.

3. Payments & Refunds
  • Services are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payments must be made by the due date to avoid disruption of services.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a pro-rata basis for unused service days.

  • Charges may vary depending on service type, patient needs, and duration of care.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must treat staff with respect and dignity. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will lead to immediate withdrawal of services.

  • Clients must not require staff to perform duties beyond the defined scope of service.

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment for staff, including necessary space, facilities, and cooperative behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • While we ensure competent care, we are not responsible for medical complications arising from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen health deterioration.

  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or theft unrelated to the staff’s defined responsibilities.

  • Our role is supportive; we do not replace the advice or treatment of licensed medical practitioners.

6. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate services by providing 7 days’ written notice.

  • In cases of misconduct, non-compliance, or harassment towards staff, services may be terminated immediately.

  • In case of termination, refunds (if any) will be processed as per policy.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • All personal, medical, and financial information shared by the client is kept strictly confidential.

  • Information may only be shared with healthcare professionals directly involved in the patient’s care or as required by law.

8. Website Usage
  • All content on www.care.metiergrise.in, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Metier Grise Elder Care.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
